Enhance the organization's financial position through sound fiscal responsibility and financial acumen on an ongoing basis supporting our Mission.
Provide the executive leadership of the following: executive management, finances/investment and accounting, decision support, government and community relations, information systems, human resources, quality improvement, construction project management, philanthropic development, campus operations, strategic planning, brand management, marketing and market research, sales, communication, risk management/corporate compliance, for the parent and all the subsidiaries.
Develop, promote and protect our brand image, organizational philosophies, and values as expressed through our Brand Statement, Mission, Vision, Core Values, Programming Philosophy Statement, etc. throughout our organization.
Provide leadership in the identification, exploration and development of programs that enhance the quality of life for community members, result in perpetuation of best practices, extend our services to others, and contribute to the knowledge base of our organization and our field/ industry.
